PeachyBakes is a team of two - Alan & Thy. We're big fans of bread, and we'd love to be able to share our bakes with the community.

The name PeachyBakes is for our first dog, Peaches. She's a big fan of sourdough (but only the insides because she’s too fancy for crust). We’ve since gained another family member, Butters. It was too much work to register our bakery a second time and to rebrand (sorry, Butters).

We started baking a few years ago, and received our cottage bakery approval in 2025. We specialized in asian-inspired sourdoughs, salt breads, and milk breads - all based on flavors we’ve discovered during our travels.

We have been iterating our own recipes for years to create the perfect loaves. We hope you'll love it just as much as we do!
